Rob Gilcrest has a diverse work experience in the field of production and project management. Rob started their career as an Executive Assistant at Medical Knowledge Group, where they managed calendars, booked travel, and processed expense reports for the CEO and COO. Rob also supported the partners by drafting copy, tabulating survey results, transcribing minutes, shipping packages, and completing timesheets. Additionally, they screened phone calls, greeted guests, and ordered and set up catering for client meetings.

After that, Rob worked as an Account Coordinator at Medical Knowledge Group, where they managed the client's "Speaker Bureau" of doctors and researched different medical conferences for potential opportunities. Rob also spearheaded a project to provide a lecture to attendees at a pharmacist conference.

Rob then moved on to R/GA, where they held multiple roles from 2010 to 2020. As a Production Assistant (Freelance), they wrote copy for digital campaigns and completed competitive intelligence reviews for clients. In their subsequent roles as Associate Digital Producer and Digital Producer, they facilitated the production of digital campaigns, collaborated with internal teams and outside vendors, and ensured that digital components launched in conjunction with other media.

Rob then joined Hill Holliday as a Digital Producer, where they continued to facilitate the production of digital campaigns and worked with outside vendors. Rob also collaborated with Project Managers to ensure the timely launch of digital components.

Currently, they are working at Zeno Group as a Senior Producer, responsible for managing projects and overseeing the execution of final deliverables.

Throughout their career, Rob has worked with various brands, including Cars.com, Microsoft, Nike, Converse, Avaya Communications, SC Johnson, Ameriprise, and Novo Nordisk.

Rob Gilcrest attended Dickinson College from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business and Management. After that, Rob pursued further education at the Academy of Art University to pursue a Master of Fine Arts degree in Advertising.
