Shawn Gittens

Shawn Gittens serves as an IT & Security Specialist at Zensai since January 2022, focusing on maintaining security standards for organizational products, providing internal IT support, and overseeing compliance activities. Prior roles include Support Engineer, where Shawn excelled in customer service and technical issue resolution, Azure Systems Engineer at Ascend Technologies, and various leadership positions within the US Navy, emphasizing training, operations, and security management. Shawn began an intensive training program as a Server and Cloud Administrator Apprentice at Microsoft. Shawn holds an Associate of Science in Cybersecurity from Hawaii Pacific University.
