Caitlin Garrood's work experience begins with their role as an Assistant Manager at Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America, where they worked from October 2014 to February 2021. Caitlin then transitioned to LEEROY Agence Créative, where they served as a Front End Developer and Coordinator from June 2021 to January 2022. Following that, Caitlin worked at GURUS Solutions (Oracle NetSuite & Boomi Solutions) as a Cloud Developer from January 2022 to August 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Junior Software Developer at Zensurance, starting in August 2022.

Caitlin Garrood attended Lighthouse Labs from 2020 to 2021, where they obtained a diploma in Full Stack Web Development.
