Dirk Jaspers

Dirk Jaspers is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Dirk started their career at McKinsey & Company, where they worked as a Principal for ten years. Following that, they served as the Managing Director at Pfleiderer Holzwerkstoffe GmbH & Co. KG before becoming an independent consultant and interim manager. Dirk has worked independently with clients in various industries, specializing in aligning and leading management teams in transformation programs. Dirk has also held roles such as Operations Director at Orlando Management AG and Vorstand at Weru AG. More recently, Dirk has been the Director of Operations at CoBe Capital Advisors GmbH and the Managing Director at Facade & Glazing Solutions UK Ltd. Dirk is currently serving as the Director of Strategy at Zentia - UK and also works as an Independent Professional, leading management teams with ambitious transformation projects.

Dirk Jaspers attended Universität Passau from 1988 to 2003, where they pursued two separate degree programs. Dirk completed their first degree, a Diplom-Kaufmann (MBA-equivalent), in the field of Betriebswirtschaft. Simultaneously, they also completed their second degree, a Diplom-Informatiker, in the field of Informatik (IT).
