Kristin Cooklin has extensive experience in the field of intellectual property and litigation. Kristin is currently the Global Head of Intellectual Property at Zentiva, where they lead and supports the IP team in developing and executing a smart IP strategy. Previously, they worked at Sandoz as the Head Global IP Litigation ex-US, where they directed the IP strategy for the launch and litigation of biosimilar and small molecule products on a global scale. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Global Patent Litigation Counsel at Sandoz, where they developed and implemented global patent litigation and launch strategies. Earlier in their career, they worked as Counsel at Crowell & Moring LLP and as an Associate at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, both with a focus on intellectual property litigation. Kristin started their career at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC, where they represented clients in various IP matters, including litigation and patent prosecution.

Kristin Cooklin attended Duquesne University from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology and Biochemistry with honors. Afterwards, they pursued a Juris Doctor degree at the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University from 2001 to 2004, also graduating cum laude.
