Petra Rihova

Petra Rihova has extensive work experience in the compliance and regulatory field. Petra most recently worked at Zentiva as the Head of Compliance, where they created and implemented a compliance program for the company and oversaw GDPR agenda. Prior to that, they served as a Health Care Compliance Officer at Johnson & Johnson, leading compliance efforts in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Petra also worked at 3M in various roles, including Compliance Specialist and EHS, Compliance, and Legal Specialist. Petra was responsible for preventing and detecting compliance issues, managing correction actions, and implementing global compliance policies and procedures. Petra's earlier experience includes managing environmental, health, and safety agendas at 3M and serving as a Senior Customer Service and EHS Coordinator. Petra began their career as a Customer Service Specialist at TIS Apple Computer. Overall, Petra Rihova has a strong background in compliance, regulatory matters, and customer service.

Petra Rihova obtained a Master's degree in Law and Legal Science from the University of West Bohemia, Pilsen, from 2002 to 2007. Petra also obtained a Green Belt Certification (GB) from 3M in 2004.
