Matthew Pest has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. In 2012, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant for the Paul G Kwiat Quantum Information Group, where they designed and built an optics bench setup for laser pulse analysis. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Patent Engineer at Invention Mine, LLC, specializing in global IP strategies and patent applications. In 2016, they co-founded helius.io and served as the Head of Product Development, responsible for system architecture and feature implementation. Matthew also worked as a Product Development Consultant at XcelPros, leading product direction for SaaS solutions in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. In 2018, Pest founded their own company, The Blox Office, LLC, where they served as the Founder & CEO.
