Bruno Serqueira Santana

Bruno Serqueira Santana has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Bruno started their career in 2003 as a Vendedor de varejo at Lojas Renner S.A. Bruno then worked as a Professor de inglês at Grupo All Net from 2009 to 2010, followed by a role as an English Teacher at CNA Inglês Definitivo from 2010 to 2012. Bruno continued their journey at Nestle as an Analyst for Melhoria em Processos de Compras from 2014 to 2017, where they contributed to the development and interpretation of key process indicators and supported the team in administrative routines.

Next, Bruno worked at G. PIEROTTI Ship Supplier as a Backoffice de vendas e operação from 2018 to 2019, focusing on sales and operational tasks. Bruno then joined Zenvia in 2021 as an Account Executive, responsible for inside sales operations, software demonstrations, business negotiations, sales funnel and CRM management.

Bruno Serqueira Santana completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Administração de Empresas from Unilus from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Tecnólogo degree in Gestão Ambiental from Unimonte from 2007 to 2008.
