Emídio Neto

Emídio Neto has a diverse work experience. Emídio is currently working at ZENVIA as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer since December 2022 and previously worked as a Site Reliability Engineer starting from October 2021. Emídio also worked at Nuveo as a Site Reliability Engineer from May 2021 to October 2021.

Emídio has academic experience working as an MSc Student at Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte from March 2020 to May 2022. During their MSc, they focused on Cryptography for the SDN P4 data plane and also worked on various projects such as Advanced Cryptography with Padtec S/A and WISE demo development for the NECOS project co-funded by the European Union and the Rede Nacional de Ensino e Pesquisa.

Emídio has also gained teaching experience as a Substitute Professor at Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Rio Grande do Norte from July 2019 to June 2021.

In addition, Emídio has research experience. Emídio worked as a Research Project Lead at LaTARC Research Lab from April 2019 to June 2021 and as an Undergraduate Student Researcher from April 2016 to April 2019.

Before that, Emídio worked as an Infrastructure Analyst at Tribunal de Justiça do Rio Grande do Norte from November 2017 to January 2019 and as an Information Technology Intern at Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Rio Grande do Norte from June 2017 to November 2017.

Emídio Neto completed their education with a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, which spanned from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Networks at the Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Rio Grande do Norte from 2015 to 2019. In terms of additional certifications, Emídio obtained the CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator from The Linux Foundation in August 2022. Emídio also holds certifications from Red Hat, including RHCE: Red Hat Certified Engineer and RHCSA: Red Hat Certified System Administrator, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
