Gabriela Bolini's work experience started in 2016 at UNESP as a Scientific Researcher, focusing on evaluating the influence of polyethylene terephthalate fibers on the compaction parameters of sandy soil. Gabriela presented their work at several conferences. In 2017, they joined CNPq as a Scientific Researcher, conducting a study on the mechanical resistance of clayey soil with the inclusion of polypropylene fibers. Gabriela presented their findings at various conferences as well. In 2018, Gabriela worked as a Quality Member at Enactus and also served as a Scientific Researcher at FAPESP, where they conducted a scientific study on the shear strength of sandy soil cement and polyethylene terephthalate fibers. Gabriela presented their work at conferences and had an article published. In 2019, they worked at Pro Junior as a Commercial Relations Manager, responsible for managing business relationships, and previously held the position of Commercial Relations Advisor in 2018. In 2019, they also worked at Wavy Global (now Sinch LatAm) as an Inside Sales Intern and later as an Inside Sales representative. In 2020, they joined Zenvia Mobile as a Sales Account Executive, specializing in acquiring new clients and expanding the customer portfolio through upselling and cross-selling. Gabriela has a proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Gabriela Bolini received their undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, which they attended from 2016 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Gabriela also obtained several certifications. In 2018, they completed a course on applying the Disney approach to customer service from Lederman Consulting & Education. The following year, in 2019, they obtained a certification in Business Management from MBA100. In 2020, Gabriela completed the Mastership in Sales program provided by Winning by Design. Gabriela'smost recent certification was in Outbound Marketing & Sales, which they obtained in February 2022 from Reev.
