Jeyciane Lozano has a diverse work experience. Jeyciane started their career at Avon in 2016 as a Jovem Aprendiz in the Services Creative/Marketing department. Jeyciane'sresponsibilities included organizing samples for photoshoots, managing invoice payments, verifying the authenticity of invoices, assisting in photoshoot production, and tracking photoshoot schedules. Jeyciane worked at Avon until October 2017.

In 2018, Jeyciane joined ZENVIA and held various positions. Jeyciane started as a Sales Development Representative in April 2018 and worked until January 2019. Jeyciane'srole involved generating sales leads and supporting the sales team. From January 2019 to November 2020, they worked as an Account Acquisition Executive Jr, where they focused on acquiring new clients for ZENVIA. In November 2020, they were promoted to a Channel Account Executive SR, responsible for managing and developing relationships with channel partners. In November 2021, they transitioned to the role of Sales Operations & Enablement, contributing to the overall sales effectiveness and efficiency within the organization. Since July 2022, Jeyciane has been working as a Sr Customer Journey Project Analyst, utilizing their skills and experience to enhance the customer journey process.

Throughout their career, Jeyciane has demonstrated their ability to adapt to new roles and responsibilities, and their dedication to achieving positive outcomes in sales and customer service.

Jeyciane Lozano completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Communication with a specialization in Advertising and Marketing from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho. Jeyciane attended this school from 2017 to 2020. After that, they enrolled at United Idiomas in 2021 to pursue English Language Teaching as a second language, which they are expected to complete in 2023.

Additionally, Jeyciane has obtained several certifications throughout their education and career. In 2019, they received a certification in Consultative Sales from Alberto Couto & Associados. In 2020, they obtained the Saas Sales Method certification from Winning by Design. Later on, in 2023, they completed the Part 1 and Part 2 certifications of the PMP and CAPM courses on Project Management Processes and Integration Management from Alura.
