Rafael Toffetti

Rafael Toffetti has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Rafael is currently working as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at ZENVIA since June 2021. Prior to this, Rafael was the Operations/Infrastructure Manager at Blue Telecomunicações from April 2016 to April 2021.

Before their role at Blue Telecomunicações, Rafael founded Get Voice in October 2013. At Get Voice, they provided telecom consulting services, conducted research on new technologies, and implemented and maintained high-availability network environments. Rafael was also responsible for virtualization architecture and maintenance.

Earlier in their career, Rafael worked at Primacom as a Technical Coordinator from August 2009 to April 2013. Their responsibilities included monitoring and maintaining high-availability networks, handling customer service for corporate and wholesale sectors, and managing traffic exchange with national and international operators.

Overall, Rafael Toffetti has demonstrated a strong expertise in telecom operations, infrastructure management, network maintenance, and virtualization, gained through their various roles in different companies.

Rafael Toffetti began their education in 2010 at Impacta, where they completed a course in Cisco CCNA. Following this, they enrolled at FIAP in 2011 and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Engineering.
