Raissa Barboza Santana

Raissa Barboza Santana has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Raissa started their career as an intern at the Nucleo de Pratica Juridica, Cruzeiro do Sul-AF, where they gained experience in various areas of law such as family, business, labor, civil, and criminal law. During this internship, they were involved in reading legal documents, drafting legal papers, and handling protocols.

After completing their internship, Raissa worked as an assistant lawyer at Nosso Espaço Eletronicos, where they managed the legal and financial aspects of the company. Raissa'sresponsibilities included finance management, payroll, attending to clients, preparing legal documents, and organizing files.

Raissa then joined Alupar as a legal assistant, where they analyzed and processed various legal documents and certifications. Raissa was also responsible for contract review, legal research, and coordinating with courts and notaries. Additionally, they handled insurance policy renewals and payment processing.

Raissa then joined GTM Holdings as a lawyer, focusing on contract analysis and drafting, as well as providing legal advice and support to the business. Raissa was responsible for managing legal cases throughout LATAM, including litigation and regulatory matters. Raissa also played a key role in defining legal strategies, approving petition drafts, and assessing risks for financial provisions.

Currently, Raissa works at ZENVIA as a Legal Analyst LATAM, where they hold the position of Pleno Lawyer. Raissa'srole involves providing legal support and analysis within the company, with a particular emphasis on business-oriented legal strategies.

Throughout their work experience, Raissa has developed strong skills in contract law, litigation, regulatory compliance, and legal research. Raissa has demonstrated the ability to manage procedures, analyze risks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
