Raissa Nepomuceno has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and development. Raissa started their career as a Support Help Desk intern at CLAM ENGENHARIA in May 2019, where they provided technical assistance to internal and external users and performed tasks such as data backup, OS installation, and printer configuration. Raissa then worked as a Technical Support II Attendant at AeC Contact Center from February 2020 to April 2021. In this role, they assisted customers of Terra Networks through phone and chat, troubleshooting technical issues, creating support materials, and handling various technical tasks related to domain registration, hosting services, website creation, and email configuration. Currently, since April 2021, Raissa has been working at ZENVIA as a Frontend Developer, responsible for developing and maintaining the frontend components of the company's software solutions. Additionally, they also provide dedicated support to ALTU, a ZENVIA platform for developing rule-based chatbots with NLU capabilities. In this role, they analyze and resolves customer support tickets, leads weekly Q&A sessions for the ALTU community, and assists in technical documentation.
Raissa Nepomuceno attended the Escola Estadual Técnico Industrial Professor Fontes from 2018 to 2019. Raissa pursued a Técnico em Informática field of study during their time at the institution. In March 2021, Raissa obtained the certification in Capacita MDT Expert - Chatbots avançados from Letsbot.
