Kaluba Mataka has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 2009. In 2009, they began working as a Data Coordinator at CIDRZ. In 2011, they moved to ZCAHRD, where they served as Project Director for the Maternity Homes Access Project in Zambia (MAHMAZ), mHealth Project Manager, and Project Coordinator. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Akros, Inc. as Production Manager. Most recently, since 2019, they have been the Regional Director of Delivery at Zenysis Technologies, where they are responsible for the success of client engagements and providing leadership and oversight to ensure quality of project management and delivery.

Kaluba Mataka received a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Lusaka between 2013 and 2014. Prior to that, they earned a BSC Hons Computing in IT from the University of Greenwich between 2006 and 2008.
