Head of Customer Experience at Zenyum

Barry Wai Yiu Ching has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 1999 as an Associate Sales Manager at Merck Sharp & Dohme. Barry Wai Yiu then moved to Aventis in 2002 as a Sales Manager, and then to sanofi-aventis in 2006 as a Senior Sales Manager. In 2012, they joined Pharmalink- Zuellig Pharma Ltd as a Senior Sales Manager and a Sales Force Effectiveness and Commercial Excellence Manager. In 2015, they took on the role of Customer Excellence Manager at AbbVie, and in 2017 they became a Sales Operation Manager at Align Technology. In 2019, they were appointed Senior Manager, Commercial Operations at Nobel Biocare, and most recently, in 2020, they were appointed Head of Customer Experience at Zenyum.

Barry Wai Yiu Ching obtained an MBA from the University of Leicester between 2004 and 2007.
