Pooja Prasad Maroli

Pooja Prasad Maroli has worked in the following roles in chronological order: Summer Intern at HP in 2014, Business Analyst at Deloitte Consulting from 2016-2022, and Product Manager at Zenyum from 2022 onwards. At Deloitte Consulting, Pooja synthesised a product roadmap for a Life-Science eCommerce project, analysed process gaps for a US-based hygiene solutions provider client, and introduced agreement-type payment options. As a Business Analyst, they wrote Apex triggers, batch jobs, test classes, workflow rules, and process builders to fit business specifications, and reduced the time taken to match volumes of data entry in Salesforce by 87%.

Pooja Prasad Maroli completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering from Ramaiah Institute of Technology in 2016. Pooja then obtained a Salesforce Administrator certification in 2018, followed by a Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification in 2017.
