Senior Executive Customer Care at Zenyum

Siti Suhaila has a diverse work experience spanning from 2016 to 2023. Siti began their career as a Tax and Audit Assistant at BFS Advisory Sdn. Bhd. where they started as an intern and later became a permanent staff. Siti gained skills in auditing and data entry using software.

In 2020, they worked as a Business Development Executive at Impact Volution Training & Consultancy, where they customized training and development programs for organizations. Siti acquired knowledge in team building, leadership, and ISO certifications.

Siti then joined Startek in 2021 as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, they were exposed to Equinix, the largest data center in the world. Siti assisted clients by placing orders, solving troubleshoots, and providing support for their Equinix profiles.

Siti later worked as a Customer Service Officer at Antasis BPO from November 2021 to February 2022. Following that, they joined Sizuka Dinamika Enterprise as a Business Support from March 2022 to August 2022.

In 2022, Siti joined Standard Chartered Bank as a Client Care Executive until January 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Executive Customer Care at Zenyum starting from April 2023.

Siti Suhaila obtained a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Kolej Profesional MARA (KPM) from 2014 to 2016. Siti then pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Business at the National University of Malaysia (UKM) from 2017 to 2020.
