Jenifer Alexander

Director Of Sales Support - NASS at Zep

Jenifer Alexander has over three decades of work experience in various roles. Jenifer started their career at Electro-matic in 1986 before moving to Acuity Specialty Products, Zep Manufacturing in 1994. From 2009 to 2014, they served as the IT Director for NASS at Zep Inc. and later transitioned to become the Director of Sales Support for the same company until at least 2016. Currently, they are the Director of Sales & Customer Support Technologies - IT at Zep Sales & Service, overseeing projects such as Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Customer Ordering, and InsideSales.com implementations.

Jenifer Alexander earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Shorter University in 2000. Prior to that, they attended Henry Ford College from 1983 to 1985. In 1983, Jenifer briefly studied at Southgate. Jenifer later returned to Shorter University to complete their BS in Business Administration.
