Abby Moylan is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and people operations, currently serving as the People Operations Manager at Zephyr since May 2023. With previous experience as the Recruiting Operations Lead at Orchard, Abby developed innovative recruiting strategies, enhanced candidate experience, and managed a team of recruiters. Abby's earlier roles at Bain & Company included positions from Recruiting Assistant to Recruiting Specialist, where significant contributions were made to global recruiting programs and DE&I initiatives. Abby's foundational experience in public health and education stems from various internships and roles, including serving as an AmeriCorps Member with City Year. Abby holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health from Elon University.
