Thea has a background in open-source developer relations and project management, holding various roles in companies such as Foundries.io, Independent, Antmicro, The Linux Foundation, Eclipse Foundation, Cadasta Foundation, and GeoMakers. Thea completed their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
