Carson Adam

Carson Adam has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Carson started their career as a Lead Data Analyst and Survey Technician at Geodigital International Inc from August 2011 to September 2013. Carson then joined Mimecast as a Market Development Specialist from September 2013 to April 2014, and later served as a Strategic Market Development Lead at Mimecast from April 2014 to December 2014.

In 2015, Carson joined 15Five as a Client Development Lead from January 2015 to September 2015. Carson then progressed within the company, taking on roles such as Account Manager from October 2015 to August 2016, Account Executive from August 2016 to December 2017, Manager of Sales Development from January 2018 to June 2018, and eventually becoming the Director of Revenue Operations from January 2018 to February 2019. During their time at 15Five, they played a crucial role in driving substantial growth and contributed to a nearly 1000% increase in ARR.

Carson then took some time off and most recently joined LeadIQ as the Director of Revenue Operations and Data in September 2019. Carson was responsible for managing revenue operations and data for the company until November 2021.

Currently, Carson is working at Zeplin as the Senior Director of Revenue Operations since November 2021.

Carson Adam attended UC Santa Barbara from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Geography with a GIS Emphasis.
