Anusha Mallanna is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in driving organizational growth and building high-performing teams. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Zepto since December 2021, Anusha has been instrumental in acquiring top talent and was the recipient of the 1st Founders Award for outstanding contributions. Prior roles at Zepto include Associate Director and Senior Manager II, where Anusha led various talent acquisition initiatives that shaped the company's evolution from a startup to a market leader. Anusha's previous experience includes managerial roles at Valiant Consulting, Finesse Global, and IZee Manpower Consultancy, focusing on human resources and talent acquisition. Anusha holds a Master's degree in Yoga Therapy from Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from East West Institute of Technology.
