Minnie Wanjiku joined Litemore in December 2019, having previously served at Ajua where she was Customer Success Manager handling the Financial, Healthcare and Retail sectors. Prior to that, she was a Customer Experience Executive at Safaricom Limited. <br>As the Customer Experience Manager, she is responsible for preparing Litemore’s understanding of the customer.<br> Minnie holds a B A Tourism Management (Hons) degree from the Makerere University. She also holds Net Promoter Score (NPS) Certification from the Owen CX Group. As the Customer Experience Manager, she is responsible for understanding Litemore's customer to ensure optimized interaction between a company and its clients by designing and improving customer experience. This includes ensuring that each touchpoint across the customer journey is engaging, efficient, and effective.
