Parini Kapadia is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of microbiology and biotechnology. As the Founder and Chief Scientific Officer of Zero Cow Factory since January 2020, Parini has pioneered the production of India's first animal-free milk protein and dairy products, utilizing innovative bioengineering and precision fermentation techniques. Prior to this venture, Parini served as a Subject Matter Expert in Biology at Chegg Inc. and held microbiologist positions at Anand Microbiology Laboratory and Perfect Diagnostics, gaining valuable expertise in antibiotic susceptibility testing and microbiological analysis. Parini holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research and Pharmacovigilance from the Institute of Clinical Research India and both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University.

We are reinventing the meaning of traditional dairy and food industry by producing India's first animal-free milk protein and dairy products (certainly a world's first A2 milk protein) using bioengineering the microbes & precision fermentation.
