Torey Silloway

Torey Silloway is currently the Director of Policy and Financing at the National Infant Toddler Court Program at ZERO TO THREE. Prior to this role, Torey worked as a Manager at The Pew Charitable Trusts, where they managed the research division of the Results First Initiative. Torey has experience as a Program Manager for Research and Consulting Services at The Finance Project and as a Program Associate at Casey Strategic Consulting Group. They also served as a Budget and Policy Analyst at the Maryland Department of Budget and Management. Torey holds a Masters in Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
