Renza Gruter

Renza Gruter has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Chief Product Officer at Zerocopter since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Fox-IT from 2017 to 2022, where they held various roles including Senior Security Advisor - Client Innovations, Global Product Manager/Managed Detection and Response, and Manager Products Managed Services.

Before joining Fox-IT, Renza was the owner of Secureminds from 2009 to 2019. Renza also worked at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as a Senior User and Product Manager CIAM from 2016 to 2017, and as a Business Implementation Manager / TOPS 2020 Security Base from 2014 to 2016.

During their tenure at GDI, Ministerie Veiligheid en Justitie from 2010 to 2014, they served as Tactisch & Functioneel Beheer Justitie Identity Store. Renza also worked as a Docent HBO Bedrijfskundige Informatica at NOVI from 2010 to 2011.

Before that, they held positions at the Ministerie van Justitie / DJI as a Security Manager/Security Officer from 2007 to 2010. Renza also worked as a Security Officer at Strukton Worksphere in 2010, and at the Openbaar Ministerie from 2005 to 2007.

Renza's earliest work experience dates back to their time at Sony Music Entertainment, where they worked in project management roles from 1996 to 2001. Their responsibilities included managing projects, organizing and planning relocations, implementing new production systems, and generating management information and reports.

Renza Gruter has a diverse education history spanning various fields and disciplines. In 2005, they attended Inholland University of Applied Sciences, where they studied Bedrijfskundige Informatica and graduated in 2007. In the same year, they also completed a course in Information Security Governance at DNV-CIBIT.

In 2009, Renza pursued further education in several areas. Renza attended DNV Cibit for a course in Identity Management & Access Control and completed a course in Information Security Management Advanced based on ISO/IEC 27002 at NOVI. Additionally, they obtained a Practitioner certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming from NTI-NLP.

In 2012, Renza focused on systemic work and attended NTI-NLP, where they completed a Practitioner course in Systemic Work/Systemisch Werken. Renza furthered their studies in systemic work by completing a course in Systemisch Werken vervolg at NTI-NLP in 2014.

In 2015, Renza attended NTI-NLP again, this time for a course in Begeleiden Organisatieopstellingen. In 2016, they expanded their knowledge in product management by attending Product Focus for a Product Manager course.

Renza also pursued executive education. In 2013, they attended Nyenrode Business University for an Executive MBA in Business & IT, specializing in Ownership of Enterprise and Governance. In 2019, they participated in the Summer School Artificial Intelligence program at Nyenrode Business University.

Furthermore, Renza's education includes courses such as ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management in 2006 and Wet bescherming Persoonsgegevens in 2007. Renza also completed a course in Storytelling at Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2018. Renza's most recent educational endeavor was in 2021 when they studied Customer-oriented Innovation at Nyenrode Business University.
