Kiran Somanath

Kiran Somanath has over 20 years of work experience in various HR and leadership roles. Kiran is currently the Chief People Officer at Zerone Consulting since August 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a self-employed HR Consultant from October 2018 to August 2019. From February 2018 to August 2019, they were the Head of Human Resources at LocalCube Commerce Pvt. Ltd. (StoreKing). In their early career, they held multiple roles at Stimulus Consulting Pvt. Ltd., including Head of OD from December 2000 to January 2018 and Head of Training from December 2002 to March 2013. Kiran also worked as a Regional Head at Equitrain Consultants from 1999 to 2000 and started their career as a Training Executive at The Taj Group of Hotels from June 1997 to May 1999.

Kiran Somanath attended the Institute of Hotel Management in Goa from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a DHMCT degree in Hotel Management. Prior to that, they completed their SSLC at Sacred Heart School in Changanacherry, Kerala.
