David Alejandro Contreras Díaz

David Alejandro Contreras Díaz has a range of experience in various roles and industries. David Alejandro is currently a Co-Founder at Zeru.Earth, a Green Fintech platform focused on climate action and carbon removal. Prior to this, they co-founded Explorationists, a platform for sharing the stories of leaders in the ClimateTech space.

David has also been a Venture Capital Cohort Member at Included VC, where they received training and mentoring from top VC firms. Additionally, they have worked as a Startup Advisor and Program Director at Terra.do, assisting professionals in transitioning into clean and climate tech jobs.

In addition to their formal education, David has obtained several certifications. In June 2021, they completed a certification titled "Creating a Culture of Strategy Execution" from LinkedIn. In July 2013, they obtained a certification in "Climate Literacy: Navigating Climate Change Conversations" from Coursera: University of British Columbia. Furthermore, in January 2013, they completed a certification in "The Challenges of Global Poverty" from edX.
