Jiunn Shih has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and industries. Jiunn started their career at United Airlines as a Customer Service Representative before moving on to British American Tobacco as a Marketing Intelligence Intern. Jiunn then joined Unilever where they held various roles, including Management Trainee, Customer Marketing Manager, Marketing Capabilities Manager for Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, and Senior Global Category Marketing Director for Beverages & Desserts. After that, they worked at Syngenta as the Demand Excellence Lead for APAC before joining L'Oréal as a Group Product Marketing Manager. Jiunn returned to Unilever as the Channel Marketing Director and later served as the General Manager of Global Marketing. Recently, they have been working at Zespri International, first as the Chief Marketing Officer and then the Chief Growth Officer, responsible for Marketing, Innovation R&D, Corporate strategy, and Sales CoE disciplines. Jiunn is currently serving as the Chief Marketing, Innovation & Sustainability Officer at Zespri International, leading the marketing, innovation, sustainability, corporate strategy, and EPMO disciplines globally. Additionally, they are a member of the executive leadership team and reports directly to the CEO. Jiunn Shih also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at the Kiwifruit Breeding Centre.

Jiunn Shih's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from UERJ. They also completed various executive education programs, including a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD, Executive Education from Harvard Business School in the fields of Aligning Strategy and Sales and Agribusiness Seminar, and a Chief Marketing Officer Program from Kellogg Executive Education. Additionally, they pursued an Intensive Study in Graphic Design at Parsons School of Design - The New School and completed an executive education program in Digital Marketing Strategy Week at Columbia Business School.
