Judit Hordai

Judit Hordai is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in business partnering and strategic HR management. Currently serving as the Head of Business Partnering at Zespri International since September 2024, Judit previously held several senior positions at foodpanda, including Director of People Partner - Markets (APAC) and Director of People, Singapore. With a strong background in managing HR operations, compensation and benefits, and strategic planning at organizations like MoneySmart Group and RedMart, Judit has demonstrated expertise in fostering talent development and enhancing employee experience. Judit holds an MBA from the University of Mannheim, along with additional qualifications in design thinking and disruptive strategy from Rochester Institute of Technology and Harvard Business School, respectively.
