Kitali Hudson has been working in the marketing and customer service industries since 2017. In 2017, they began working as a Sales Assistant for OUTFIT. In 2018, they worked as an Event Promoter for Organised Chaos Events, and in 2019 they worked as Waiting and Bar Staff for Disney Meetings & Events. In 2020, Kitali Hudson worked as a Warehouse Assistant for Amazon, a Customer Service Advisor HW (Vodafone Service) for Webhelp, and a Telemarketing Executive for VOICE Marketing Limited. Currently, they are working as a Marketing Assistant for IMS Heat Pumps Limited, a Customer for Life for Currys plc, and a Marketing Executive for Zest.

Kitali Hudson completed a Bachelor of Science in International Marketing from Sheffield Hallam University in 2021. In October 2022, they obtained a Carbon Literacy Certification from The Carbon Literacy Project. In December 2022, they obtained a Layouts Certification Exam, Level 1 from Webflow.
