Andrew Morris has a variety of work experience in the business development and managing director roles. Andrew started their career as a Pensions Administrator at Noble Lowndes and Partners in 1981. Andrew then worked as a Senior Pensions Consultant at London and Manchester Pensions Ltd, where they became responsible for running a sales branch and a team of consultants. In 1994, they joined AMP as a Major Accounts Manager.

In 1997, Andrew joined Aegon as a National Accounts Manager and was later promoted to Head of Sales, managing and leading the Guardian Employee Benefits sales team. Andrew also worked as a Sales Development Director at Aegon Benefit Solutions Ltd in 2003.

Currently, they are working as a Business Development Director at Zest, a platform that helps employees make the most of their benefits package and enables employers to increase engagement and automate scheme administration.

Andrew Morris attended Henley School of Management from 2006 to 2008, where they studied at the Business Leadership Academy. Prior to that, they also attended Wilson's Grammar School, but specific dates and field of study are unknown.
