Matan Ben-Shimon

Matan Ben-Shimon has been working in the professional field since 2009. Matan began their career in the Israel Defense Forces as a Major Combat Engineering, where they directly commanded over 5 commanders and 30 soldiers, taking full management and responsibility over training and preparing the commanders and soldiers for combat action. In 2016, they moved to the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel as a Special Agent. In 2021, they joined Elbit Systems as an Operation Project Manager, where they performed monitoring of the operational work plan and compliance with the goals of the critical projects and channels while concentrating the data from all interfaces. Matan also led work plans in projects carried out abroad (East Asia) and analyzed critical bottlenecks / paths from the data and presented them to the relevant parties. In 2022, they joined Zesty as a Cloud Engineer.

Matan Ben-Shimon attended Boyer from 2004 to 2009, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Matan then attended SCE - Shamoon College of Engineering from 2018 to 2023, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Engineering/Industrial Management.
