Adelaide D'Mello

Adelaide D'Mello is an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a robust background in recruitment spanning multiple organizations since April 2019, including Zeta, Radix, Titan, and Directi, where roles encompassed both specialist and senior associate positions. Prior to this, Adelaide served as a Senior Associate in Editorial Talent Acquisition at Cactus Communications from December 2014 to November 2018, focusing on timely recruitment and candidate sourcing. Earlier experience includes an internship in Learning and Development at The Tata Power Company Limited, executing leadership initiatives and organizing training programs. Adelaide holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (First Class Honours) from St. Xavier's College.
