Milena Stoianova - Sieber

Milena Stoianova - Sieber has extensive work experience in the legal field, with a particular focus on advising companies on legal matters and business strategies.

Milena is currently the Head of Legal Affairs at ZETA Holding GmbH, a position they have held since April 2021.

Prior to this, they worked at AT&S from October 2014 to April 2021, first as a Legal Counsel and then as a Senior Legal Counsel.

Milena also worked as a Legal Consultant at Seabear GmbH from September 2013 to July 2014 and as a Research Associate at Karl Franzens University of Graz from October 2012 to April 2013.

Before that, Milena worked as a Legal and Business Consultant at Seabear Diving Technology from September 2011 to October 2012 and as a Legal Advisor at SLS from September 2010 to August 2011.

Milena also has experience as a Jean Monnet Fellow at the European University Institute and as a Collaborator at SVP Advisors.

Milena holds a Ph.D. with honors from Scuola Superiore Sant' Anna and has also served as the Director of Directorate at the Bulgarian Antitrust Authority from September 1998 to November 2003.

Milena Stoianova - Sieber holds a PhD in European Law and New Technologies, which they obtained from Scuola Superiore 'Sant' Anna' di Studi Universitari e di Perfezionamento between 2004 and 2007. Milena also pursued a visiting research program at Copenhagen Business School from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Law at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski from 1996 to 2003. Milena also holds a Master's degree in International Relations from the same university, which they received between 1993 and 1998. Apart from their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in various subjects from LinkedIn in the year 2020.
