James Thomas

James Thomas has extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. James is currently working as the Head of Customer Delivery at Zetron since 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Customer Delivery (Control Room Solutions) at NEC Software Solutions from 2021 to 2023. James also worked at Northgate Public Services, where they held various roles including Control Room Delivery Manager, Programme Manager, Head of Development and Products, and Head of Projects and Development. James played a key role in managing software development, project implementation, and sales support activities, leading a team across the UK and Mumbai. Before their tenure at Northgate, James worked as a Bid Director at Northgate Information Solutions and as a Strategic Business Manager at gedas UK ltd. James started their career as a Bid Manager at Capgemini and later worked as a Project Manager at AT&T Istel and as a Consultant at Oracle UK Ltd.

James Thomas earned a BSc (Hons) degree in Geology from the University of Portsmouth from 1981 to 1984. James also obtained a Diploma in Applied Management from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School from 2004 to 2006.
