Pablo Marin-Garcia

Pablo Marin-Garcia has extensive experience in the field of bioinformatics and data analysis. Pablo has held various roles at different companies and institutions. Pablo started their career as a Computer Biologist at the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute, where they worked on GWAS analysis for lipidic traits and studied the implications of variation in miRNA target sites. Pablo then served as the Head of Bioinformatics at the Fundación Hospital Clínico Valencia-INCLIVA before joining the Instituto de Medicina Genómica as an R&D Senior Computational Oncology Data Analyst. In this role, they developed pipelines for exome analysis and human genetic diagnostics, worked on pathway curation and dynamic pathway visualization, and implemented methods for data analysis and visualization for clinical and cancer genomics.
