Jocelyn Rentura

Jocelyn Rentura is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounts receivable and operations. Currently serving as the Senior Accounts Receivable Operations Lead at Zeus Living and GoTeam since June 2020, Jocelyn plays a critical role in managing sales, billing, and collections while driving process improvements and liaising with various internal departments. Prior to this, Jocelyn held the position of Accounts Receivable Officer at Delonix Marketing Corporation and worked as an Accounting Specialist at Qure Water, demonstrating proficiency in revenue reconciliation and the use of accounting software such as Xero and Odoo. Jocelyn began a career in customer support as a Technical Support Representative at Teleperformance, showcasing strong communication and problem-solving skills. Jocelyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Management Accounting from the University of Cebu, earned between 2014 and 2018.
