Branko Srdic is an experienced quality management professional currently serving as Team Lead Customer Quality at ZF Group since March 2019, overseeing customer claim management and communication, process and product changes, and quality assurance during development and production. Prior roles at ZF Group included Process Quality Engineer and Quality Technician, focusing on hybrid cars electromotor assembly and quality systems establishment. Prior to ZF Group, Branko worked for the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Human Resource Management Service of the Republic of Serbia, where responsibilities included report generation and staffing analysis. Branko also has experience in market research and sales from positions at Nestle S.A. and Marketing Agencija d.o.o. Branko holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Sciences with a specialization in Quality Management from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences.
