Jaikumar Dhanapal is an experienced manager with a strong background in software integration and development within the automotive industry. Currently working as a Manager at ZF Group since November 2018, Jaikumar leads a team of over 55 engineers focusing on AUTOSAR and legacy software integrations for active safety products. Previous roles at Robert Bosch Engineering included a Technical Specialist and various engineering positions, where responsibilities involved managing teams, implementing continuous integration processes, and developing software solutions for In-Vehicle Infotainment systems across multiple automotive manufacturers. Jaikumar holds a degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Bannari Amman Institute of Technology.
