Cecilia L. has a diverse work experience. Cecilia began their career in 2017 as a Recruiter at Snap Inc., where they provided Talent Acquisition and HR support. In 2018, they joined ThoughtWorks China as a Recruiter and Recruitment Partner, where they were responsible for all positions including BA/SA, Developer, UX, Tech Lead, PM, covering Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Wuhan. Cecilia also led and drove various external/internal recruiting programs. In 2020, Cecilia moved to Pony.ai as a Recruiter. Currently, they are a Portfolio Talent Manager at ZhenFund.

Cecilia L. attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management.
