Renee Banach has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Renee started their career at United Airlines in 1991, where they worked as a Service Director and Customer Service representative until 1998. Renee then moved on to TravelCLICK, where they held positions as an Account Executive and later became the Manager of Customer Service and Sales Support from 1998 to 2001. After that, they joined Club Colors as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, where they provided high-level support and carried out various administrative duties from 2001 to 2009. Renee then transitioned to Promoversity, where they served as a Senior Account Manager and Executive Assistant to the President from 2009 to 2018. Currently, they are working at BCD Meetings & Events, initially as an Executive Assistant to the Global President from 2018 to 2021, and now as an Attendee Engagement Lead for The Collective at BCD Meetings & Events since 2021.

Renee Banach earned a Diploma and Associate's Degree in Travel and Tourism and General Science from Robert Morris College, where they studied from 1989 to 1991. Most recently, Renee earned the Cvent Diagramming & Seating certification in March 2021.
