Susana Tello Chao

Susana Tello Chao has extensive experience in event operations and management, currently serving as Sr. Director of Operations for Event Support Services at BCD Meetings & Events since August 2000. Key responsibilities include oversight of multiple services teams, such as Event Technology Development and Customer Services, within The Collective. Susana has held various leadership roles, progressing from Manager of Registration Services to Optimization Project Manager and Senior Director of Event Operations for The Collective NORAM. Prior to BCD Meetings & Events, Susana gained valuable experience in group air travel at companies such as WorldTravel BTI and Tq3 Navigant Intl Travel, and started the career at Iberia. Susana holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Illinois Chicago.
