Pramoud Rao

Pramoud Rao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the electronic security sector, having served as the Promoter and Managing Director of Zicom Electronic Security Systems Limited since April 1994. Rao played a pivotal role in establishing Zicom as a leader in electronic security through innovative strategies and comprehensive oversight. Additionally, Rao contributed to Schneider Electric as the Security Ambassador for the Asia-Pacific region after the merger of Zicom's integration business, focusing on promoting electronic security solutions. As the National President of the Fire and Security Association of India, Rao actively advocated for enhanced safety and security measures across the country. Pramoud Rao holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai and completed SSC at O L P S Chembur from 1964 to 1975.
