Adam Krepack

Adam Krepack is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Ziff Davis since March 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate at Eisner, LLP, focused on corporate and entertainment law, and as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates, where the concentration was on mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate finance. Adam's legal career began as a Summer Associate at Skadden and included a Judicial Externship with Justice Ashmann-Gerst at the California Court of Appeal. Adam holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from USC Gould School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Management from Babson College.
