James Mak

James Mak has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. James is currently working as a Principal Product Manager at Zignal Labs since October 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Sr. Technical Product Manager at Pearson Higher Education for seven years from August 2014 to October 2021.

Before joining Pearson Higher Education, James worked as a Sr. Product Manager at Data.com at Salesforce from April 2012 to August 2014. Prior to that, they founded and served as the CEO of VocabGenii.com from September 2009 to April 2014.

Earlier in their career, James worked at Nokia in various roles. James was a Program Manager from March 2008 to August 2009, a Product Manager from April 2005 to March 2008, and a Senior Software Engineer from April 2001 to April 2005.

James Mak has a High School Diploma from Northfield Mount Hermon. James also holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Columbia University and an M.S. in Telecommunications from Boston University. Additionally, they have completed their HKCEE from St. Paul's Co-educational College.
