Alsacia D. has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2016 as an Administrative Intern at the John D. O'Bryant School of Mathematics & Science. Alsacia then worked as a Sales Associate at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. and Boston Total Sugar in 2017. In 2018, they held a Reservation and Building Operations role at Schine and Goldstein Student Centers. In 2019, Alsacia D. held multiple roles, including Program Assistant at Upward Bound - Noble and Greenough School, Authorization Representative at Nizhoni Health, Research Aide at EY-Parthenon, and Head of Evaluations at Pro-ED Maxwell School. Most recently, Alsacia D. has been working as a Member Experience and Content Specialist at Zillion and Healthfleet since 2021.

Alsacia D. attended John D. O'Bryant High School Of Mathematics And Science from 2013 to 2017, and then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Forensic Science & Psychology from Syracuse University between 2017 and 2021. In July 2022, they obtained a Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) certification from ProTrainings, and also holds a CPR & AED certification from the American Red Cross Greater New York.
