Guillermo Codner

Guillermo Codner has extensive work experience in various organizations and roles. Guillermo is currently working as the Executive Vice President of HR & Organization at ZIM Integrated Shipping Services. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Lubinski Group from 2017 to 2023. Guillermo also held the position of VP HR at Assuta Ashdod Public Hospital from 2015 to 2016, where they were responsible for all HR activities and infrastructure. Guillermo Codner served as an Advisory Board Member at Ligilo, a company focused on collaborative knowledge sharing. Guillermo also worked as the VP HR at Partner Communications Ltd. from 2011 to 2012, where they successfully implemented an efficiency program and led a significant reduction in headcount. Earlier in their career, they served as the General Manager of Israel at Incentives Solutions and as the Vice President of the Human Resources Division at Taldor Ltd. Guillermo Codner started their career at Partner Communications Company Ltd., where they held the position of Department Manager and was responsible for the compensation and benefits as well as manpower planning. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Financial Analyst at New Dimension Software Ltd. and as a Customer Coordinator at Hilan Tech Ltd.

Guillermo Codner has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and Management from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Guillermo also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the same institution.
