Carole Maire

Carole Maire is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for EMEA at Zimmer Biomet since September 2019, Carole has previously held the position of VP of Human Resources at Amcor from September 2017 to September 2019. Prior roles include VP of HR, Safety and Internal Communication for the Auto Inergy Division at Plastic Omnium, and VP of Human Resources for the BioActives division at DuPont (Danisco). Carole's earlier career at GE Healthcare encompassed multiple leadership roles in Europe and Asia, focusing on development, organizational strategy, and human resources management. Educational qualifications include a degree in Human Resources from Sciences Po and an MBA from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
